Ingredients list for Kale Smoothie
- 10-12 Kale leaves
- 4 cups Milk
- 2 medium Green apples roughly chopped
- 4 medium Ripe bananas peeled and roughly chopped
Method
- Place kale leaves in a blender jar. Add milk, apples and bananas and blend till smooth.
