Ingredients
- 3 cup chocolate ice cream
- 1 avocado
- Ice cubes as required
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 cups almond milk
- Chocolate hazelnut spread as required
- Slivered pistachios as required
- Dark chocolate chips for garnishing
Method
- Halve and deseed the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Slice ¼ of the flesh and chop the remaining flesh.
- Blend together few ice cubes, chocolate ice cream, chopped avocado, cocoa powder and almond milk into a smooth mixture.
- Spread some chocolate hazelnut spread on a plate. Place a mason jar inverted and coat the rim with it. Coat the prepared rim with slivered pistachios.
- Pour the milkshake in the jar, garnish with some dark chocolate chip and avocado slices and serve.
