Ingredients list for Kache Aam ki Chutney

  • 1/2 kilogram Raw Mango grated
  • 250 grams Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seed (saunf) powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder


  1. In a large bowl combine together grated mangoes, sugar and salt and let it stand for three hours.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan add red chilli powder, fennel powder, coriander powder and saute for a minute.
  3. Add the masala to the mango mixture and mix well.
  4. Store in the air tight container and serve with capatis.
