Ingredients
- 1/2 kilogram raw mango, grated
- 250 grams sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed (saunf) powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
Method
- In a large bowl combine together grated mangoes, sugar and salt and let it stand for three hours.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add red chilli powder, fennel powder, coriander powder and saute for a minute.
- Add the masala to the mango mixture and mix well.
- Store in the air tight container and serve with capatis.
