Ingredients
- 4 jasmine tea bags
- ½ cup sugar
- 10-12 lemongrass leaf pieces
- Ice cubes as required
- Fresh mint leaves as required
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 lemongrass stems for garnishing
Method
- Heat 4 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and lemongrass leaf pieces and bring to a boil.
- Add tea bags and let them brew. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- In a jar, add lots of ice cubes, fresh mint leaves, 8-10 lemon slices and strain the prepared tea in it. Stir well.
- Put some ice cubes into in each of 4 serving glasses, pour in the iced tea, garnish with lemongrass stems and serve immediately.
