By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Feb 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Iceberg lettuce, Fresh button mushrooms Cuisine Italian Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 large iceberg lettuce 4-5 fresh button mushrooms 1 small yellow capsicum 1 small red capsicum 1 medium tomato 10-12 French beans, blanched 8 stuffed olives Fresh basil leaves to garnish 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt to taste 5-6 black peppercorns, crushed Method Dice all vegetables and olives and mix them together in a large bowl. For the dressing, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and crushed peppercorns. Pour over the salad and toss thoroughly to mix. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs.
