Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken sliced thinly
 - 4-5 fresh breadcrumbs, freshly crumbed
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 teaspoons paprika powder
 - 1 egg yolk
 - 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
 - 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
 - Oil for deep-frying
 
Method
- Place chicken in a bowl, add garlic, salt, paprika powder and egg yolk and mix well.
 - Put breadcrumbs, parsley, basil, red chilli flakes and crushed peppercorns in another bowl and mix well.
 - Coat chicken pieces well with the breadcrumb mixture and dust off the excess.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry on medium heat till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Serve hot.
