Add the onion, French beans, carrot, spinach, cornflour, salt, pepper powder, mustard paste and tomato ketchup. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape each portion into a heart shaped tikki. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis on medium heat till golden brown on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
