Ingredients list for Grilled Tofu And Paneer Sandwich
- 1/2 cup Tofu grated
- 1/4 cup Brown bread slices grated
- 8 slices Brown bread
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 4 tablespoons Coriander and mint chutney
- 4 teaspoons Butter
Method
- Place the beancurd and paneer in a bowl. Add onion, green chilli, salt, chaat masala and coriander and mint chutney and mix well.

- Apply some butter on the outer surfaces of the sandwiches.
- Place a sandwich in the sandwich toaster and toast over medium heat till both sides are golden and crisp.
- Make the remaining sandwiches similarly.
- Serve hot.
