Ingredients list for Garlic Mushrooms
- 400 grams Button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Garlic crushed
- 3 tablespo teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 tablespoons Pinenuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Remove the stems of the mushrooms and put them into a bowl.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute till raw smells disappear.
- Add mushrooms, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
- Add white wine, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add pinenuts, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into 4 individual shallow baking dishes evenly, drizzle 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil on each dish, keep them in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Bring them out of the oven and serve immediately.
