Ingredients list for Garlic Mushrooms

  • 400 grams Button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic crushed
  • 3 tablespo teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 tablespoons Pinenuts


  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and put them into a bowl.
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute till raw smells disappear.
  4. Add mushrooms, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
  5. Add white wine, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add pinenuts, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into 4 individual shallow baking dishes evenly, drizzle 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil on each dish, keep them in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Bring them out of the oven and serve immediately.
