Ingredients
- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 10-15 mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dry Basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 3-4 black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 3-4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Slice the garlic bread diagonally into thin slices. Mix butter, basil, coriander leaves, crushed garlic and crushed peppercorns.
- Apply this butter lightly on all the bread slices.
- Top with tomato slices and sprinkle grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for five to seven minutes. Serve hot.
