Ingredients list for Garlic Grilled Paneer
- 200 grams Cottage cheese cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Mustard paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
- 1 Medium green capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 Medium onion cut into cubes
- 1 Medium red capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 Medium yellow capsicum cut into cubes
- for basting Oil
Method
- Mix together garlic paste, mustard paste, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns, salt, coriander leaves and cream in a bowl. Add cottage cheese cubes and coat well.
- Skewer cottage cheese cubes with coloured capsicums and onion onto satay sticks in this order: green capsicum, cottage cheese, onion, cottage cheese, red capsicum, cottage cheese and yellow capsicum.
- Heat a sandwich griller and brush some oil on it. Place the sticks on it, cover and grill till cottage cheese is cooked and evenly done from all sides.
- Serve hot with salad.
