Ingredients list for Garlic Baked Fish
- 10-12 cloves Garlic
- 2 Fish Fillets
- 4 slices Bread slices
- to taste Salt
- few sprigs Fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli paste
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Trim the browned edges of the bread slices, tear them roughly and put them into a chopper jar.
- Add garlic and salt and process. Add a few parsley sprigs and process again. Transfer into a plate.
- Dilute red chilli paste with 1 tbsp water.
- Cut fish into 2 inch square pieces. Squeeze juice of the lemon and sprinkle over them. Apply the red chilli paste generously and cover with the spiced bread crumbs.
- Press lightly and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
