Ingredients list for Gangnam Style Chicken Wings
- 8 Chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 8-10 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
- 6-7 small Fresh red chillies
- 3 tablespoons Red chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Chilli vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar/jaggery
- to taste Salt
- A few thin strips of green, red and yellow capsicum
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic, ginger and fresh red chillies and mix. Add chicken wings and saute till the wings are well browned.
- Reduce heat, add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli vinegar and brown sugar and mix well.
- Add a little salt and mix well.
- Switch off heat, transfer into a serving plate and serve hot garnished with a few red, green and yellow capsicum strips.
