Ingredients for Fruit and Nut Smoothie Recipe

  • Lychees peeled and seeded 20-25

  • Almonds 10-12

  • Walnuts 10-12

  • Yogurt ½ cup

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 tablespoon

  • Milk 2 cups

Method

Step 1

Blend together almonds, walnuts, lychee flesh, yogurt, castor sugar and milk to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Serve.
