Ingredients for Fried Noodle Bhel-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Noodles boiled 200 grams

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Onion finely chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Bean sprouts 1/2 cup

  • Peanuts roasted and crushed 4 tablespoons

  • Raw mango finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 2

  • Green chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Schezwan sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Spring onion greens sliced 2 tablespo for garnish


Step 1

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry noodles till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 2

Transfer fried noodles in a bowl and crush lightly. Add onions, bean sprouts, peanuts, mangoes, potato, green chutney, tamarind chutney, Schezwan sauce and salt and mix well. Add spring onion greens and mix well.

Step 3

Garnish with some spring onion greens and serve immediately.
