By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Washington Apples (Red Delicious), Lemon juice Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 3 Washington apples (Red Delicious) 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 small bunch fresh coriander leaves 1/2 small bunch fresh parsley leaves 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 green chilli, finely chopped Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Toasted baguette slices to serve Lemon wedge to garnish Fresh coriander sprig to garnish Method Finely chop Washington Apples and transfer it into a large bowl. Add lemon juice and mix well. Finely chop coriander leaves and parsley leaves and transfer both into the same bowl. Add onion, green chillies, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Set aside for 1 hour. Transfer the salsa into a serving bowl and place it on a serving platter. Place toasted baguette slices on the platter, top them with some salsa.
