Ingredients list for Flax Seed Chutney

  • 1/2 cup Flax Seeds
  • Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil (til oil)
  • 25-30 Garlic cloves mashed
  • 8-10 Dried red chillies broken
  • 3 tablespoons White sesame seeds
  • to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add dried red chillies and sauté till crisp.
  2. Add flax seeds and sesame seeds and transfer into a mixer jar. Add rock salt and cool and grind to a chutney.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
