Ingredients list for Fish in Foil
- 400 grams Fish fillets boneless fish, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped
- 10 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 4 Aluminium foil sheets
Method
- Grind the coriander leaves, garlic, red chilli flakes, salt and lemon juice into a fine paste with two tablespoons water. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add the fish pieces and marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Place four aluminium sheets on a worktop and put equal quantity of the marinated fish in them. Bring the edges together and seal to make envelopes.
- Heat a non-stick tawa, place the envelopes on it and cook on medium heat for two to three minutes. Turn over and cook for two to three more minutes.
- Serve hot in the envelopes itself.
