By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Raw peanuts Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Farali Chiwda 2-3 Potatoes large wafer ½ cup Raw peanuts 2-3 Green chillies roughly chopped for deep-frying Oil 2 teaspoons Powdered sugar to taste Rock salt (sendha namak) Method Peel and grate the potatoes in a bowl filled with water. Set aside for five minutes. Drain excess water and pat dry on a paper towel. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. Deep-fry the peanuts and the green chillies in the same oil. Drain on an absorbent paper. Mix together the fried potatoes, peanuts, chillies, powdered sugar and rock salt in a bowl. Serve.
