Ingredients list for Eggless Vanilla Cake - SK Khazana
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup + to grease Butter softened
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1 cup + for dusting Refined flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180˚C. Grease a cake tin with butter and dust with refined flour, keep aside.
- Take butter in a bowl, add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat with an electric beater till the colour changes slightly.
- Sift refined flour, baking soda and baking powder directly into the butter mixture and gently fold in till well combined. Add milk and fold in again.
- Pour into the greased cake tin, spread the batter evenly and gently tap the tin to remove air bubbles if any.
- Keep the tin in the preheated tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- De-mould and cut into squares and serve.
