Ingredients list for Eggless Mawa Cup Cakes
- 150 grams Mawa (khoya)
- 160 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 120 grams Butter
- 200 grams Sweet condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 75 millilitres Milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Take butter in a large mixing bowl, add mawa and beat together with an electric hand blender. Add condensed milk and continue to beat.
- Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl and mix together.
- Add vanilla essence and milk and mix again with the hand blender.
- Put the batter into individual silicone cupcake moulds kept on a tray till they are ¾ full. Tap the tray on the table to settle the batter.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Take the tray out of the oven and let them cool.
- Demold, arrange them on a serving platter and serve with tea or coffee.
