Ingredients list for Eggless Glycerine Cake
- 160 grams Refined flour
- Glycerine
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
- 120 grams Butter
- 200 grams Condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons Glycerine
- 5 tablespoons Milk
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C. Grease a cake tin.
- Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate into a bowl. Whisk butter in a large bowl, gradually add condensed milk and whisk to a smooth batter.
- Add vanilla essence and glycerine and whisk well. Add flour mixture and milk and mix well.
- Pour this mixture into greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Transfer onto a serving plate, cool and slice.
- Serve at room temperature.
