Ingredients list for Egg pulusu
- 3-4 Eggs
- 1 Clove
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 sprigs Curry leaves
- 1 Onion sliced
- 6 Garlic cloves sliced
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 3 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
- To grind
- 4 tablespoons Freshly grated coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon Aniseed
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add clove, green cardamom, cinnamon and curry leaves. Once it splutters add onion, garlic fry till it turns slight brown.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and sauté well and add tamarind pulp with required water and salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground coconut mixture, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Break eggs and add and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and mix well.
- Serve hot.
