By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg Dosa - SK Khazana 4 Eggs Beaten 4 Eggs boiled and peeled 3 cups Readymade dosa batter to taste Salt to brush Oil 4 tablespoons Onion finely chooped 6 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped 2 tablespoons Capsicum finely chopped 2 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped 6 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tablespoons Schezwan chutney 8 tablespoons Melted butter 8 tablespoons Processed cheese grated Method Add salt to the dosa batter and mix well. Heat a non-stick dosa tawa and brush some oil. For each dosa, pour ¾ cup dosa batter, spread into a thin disc and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour ¼ beaten eggs on top and spread evenly. Top with 1 tablespoon onion, 1½ tablespoons spring onions, ½ tablespoon green capsicum, ½ tablespoon tomato, ¼ roughly chopped boiled eggs, salt, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon Schezwan chutney. Mash well. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon cheese and mash once again. Add remaining cheese and ½ tablespoon coriander leaves, fold and press.
