Drain and put it in a mixer jar. Add the green peas, green chilli, chaat masala, fresh coriander, lemon juice, garlic and salt and grind together. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Roll them in cornflour. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai and deep fry the tikkis till light brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
