Ingredients
- 1½ cups dosa batter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- ½ cup semolina (rawa/suji)
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep-frying
- Coconut chutney to serve
Method
- Take the dosa batter in a large bowl, add onion, coriander leaves, ½ cup semolina, green chillies and salt, mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in small portions with your fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with coconut chutney.
