This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Wholewheat Flour, Soya Granules Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Desi Lasagne 3 Wholewheat Flour rotis 2 cups Soya Granules soaked and drained 1 medium Onion finely chopped 2 inch stalk of celery finely chopped 1 small Green capsicum finely chopped 1 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs 1 medium Carrot finely chopped 1 cup Tomato concasse to taste Salt 1½ cups White sauce ¾ cup Processed cheese grated Method Preheat oven to 160º C. Put soya granules in a bowl, add onion, celery, capsicum, mixed herbs, carrot, tomato concasse and salt and mix well. Spread a little white sauce in a baking dish, place some grated cheese over it, place 1 roti, spread some soya mixture, place some more grated cheese, spread some more white sauce, cover with anotherroti. Repeat these layers till all the rotis, soya mixture, grated cheese and white sauce are used up. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes. Serve hot.
