Deconstructed Vada Pav Vada pav in this deconstructed avatar is a must try This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients French baguette , Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Deconstructed Vada Pav 8 slices French baguette , toasted with butter till golden 1 teaspoon Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 5 Curry leaves 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic-green chillies-coriander leaves paste 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 5-6 medium Sweet potatoes , boiled, peeled and roughly chopped to taste Salt as required Green chutney as required Vada pav chutney 1 cup Salted boondi to garnish Chives , halved Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds splutter, add ginger-garlic-green chilli-coriander leaves paste, mix and saute on medium heat till oil separates. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add sweet potatoes and mix well. Add salt and sauté for 1 minute. Switch the heat off. Place 2 baguette slices on a worktop. Spread some green chutney over them. Sprinkle vada pav chutney on top. Spread some cooked mixture in a dome shape on top. Take boondis in a bowl and roll the prepared bread slices, upside down, in it till well coated with boondi. Make more deconstructed vada pavs in the same way.
