Ingredients list for Dal Sabudana(sago khichdi)
- 2 cups Sago soaked
- 1/4 cup Bengal Gram soaked
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 5-6 Green chillies chopped
- 10-12 Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add chana dal and saute for two to three minutes. Add sago and mix well. Cover and cook for two to three minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, salt and lemon juice and stir well.Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves
