Ingredients list for Cuppa Sheera - SK Khazana
- 3/4 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- for garnish Mixed nuts chopped
- to serve Puries
Method
- Take two large cups. In each cup add 1 tbsp ghee, ⅓ cup semolina, ¼ tsp green cardamom powder, ⅓ cup sugar, ½ cup milk and½ cup water and, mix well.
- Keep the cups in the Microwave and cook on high for 1 minute, take it out and mix well. Cook in the Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Keep the cups on separate serving platters, garnish with mixed chopped nuts and serve hot with puris.
