By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cucumbers, Fresh dill (suva) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cucumber and Dill Sandwich with Philadelphia Sprea 2 large Cucumbers peeled and sliced 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (suva) chopped 1 cup Cheese Philadelphia 8 Brown bread slices 5-6 Fresh basil leaves shredded to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves shredded 4-5 lollo rosso lettuce leaves shredded Method Take Philadelphia cheese in a bowl. Add basil, crushed peppercorns, salt and lemon juice and mix well. Take cucumber slices in another bowl. Add dill, salt, crushed peppercorns and olive oil and mix well. Spread a portion of the cheese mixture onto 4 bread slices. Top with iceberg lettuce, lollo rosso lettuce and 8-9 cucumber slices and cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
