Combine yogurt and an egg in a bowl and whisk well. Add chicken and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix again. Coat the marinated chicken strips with bread crumbs and cornstarch. Deep-fry the coated chicken strips in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
