Ingredients list for Creamy Spinach And Beans Baby Pizza

  • 2 tablespoons Cream
  • 1 medium bunch Spinach blanched
  • 8 tablespoons Baked beans
  • 4 Whole wheat pizza breads
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mixed herbs
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies


  1. Squeeze spinach leaves and chop them roughly. Put into a mixer jar, add onion and garlic and grind to a coarse paste.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a non stick pan. Add spinach puree and sauté.
  3. Heat a non stick tawa. Keep the pizza bases on it and let them get heated through. Turn over and let the other side get heated too.
  4. Add salt and mixed herbs to the spinach and mix. Add cream and mix.
    Place the pizza bases on the work top and spread the spinach sauce over them.
  5. Grate mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Keep the pizzas on the tawa again.
  6. Spread 2 tbsps baked beans over each pizza. Sprinkle crushed red chillies and cook for a few minutes or till the cheese begins to melt.
    Serve hot.
