Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 3 teaspoons Cajun spice
- 3 cups boiled spaghetti
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 spring onion bulbs
- 1 stalk of spring onion greens
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese powder
Method
- Cut chicken into 1 inch thick strips.
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan. Add chicken strips and mix well.
- Add 2 teaspoons Cajun spice and toss to mix. Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
- Slice spring onion bulbs and chop the green finely.
- Heat remaining butter in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well.
- Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add spaghetti and toss well. Add cream and mix well. Add chicken and mix well.
- Add salt, pepper powder, remaining Cajun spice and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
