Ingredients
- 12 chicken salami slices
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup cream cheese
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes + for garnish
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh cream
- Green olives for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chicken salami and cook till evenly golden brown on both the sides. Take it off the heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, add cream cheese, crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, garlic, chopped coriander leaves, salt and cream. Mix well.
- Place a portion of cream cheese mixture in the centre of each salami slice, fold into half and skewer onto toothpicks. Transfer to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle dried red chilli flakes, chopped coriander and garnish with olives. Serve immediately.
