Ingredients for Couscous halwa Recipe

  • Couscous 1 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Almonds chopped 4

  • Cashewnuts chopped 4

  • Raisins 4

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat sugar in a pan with three cups of water and cook till the sugar dissolves. Bring it to boil and add couscous in it and cook more for five to seven minutes.

Step 2

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds, cashewnuts and raisins and saute for a minute.

Step 3

Add it to the couscous mixture and mix lightly.Serve hot or cold
