Ingredients

  • 3 oranges, peeled and separated into segments 
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled
  • A small piece of ginger
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar

Method

  1. Process the oranges, carrot and ginger in a food processor. Add salt and sugar and mix well.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and serve.
