Ingredients list for Chutney Wale Gatte ke Chawal
- 1 tablespoon Rajasthani lehsun apple chutney
- 1 cup Gatte steamed and fried
- 3 cups Basmati rice cooked
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 large Onion sliced
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let mustard seeds splutter.
- Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add fried gatte and mix. Add lehsun apple chutney and mix well. Add some water, mix and cook for a minute.
- Add salt and mix. Add India Gate Basmati Rice, spread it on top of gatte mixture and cook for a minute. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot garnished with spring onion green flower and green chilli flower.
