Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let mustard seeds splutter. Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add fried gatte and mix. Add lehsun apple chutney and mix well. Add some water, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt and mix. Add India Gate Basmati Rice, spread it on top of gatte mixture and cook for a minute. Mix well and cook for a minute. Serve hot garnished with spring onion green flower and green chilli flower.
