Ingredients list for Churme Meve Ke Laddoo
- 5 tablespoons Wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons Khoya
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Pistachios sliced
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoons Raisins
- 1 cup Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto)
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
- Add wheat flour, semolina and sauté on low heat till golden brown. Add khoya, green cardamom powder, pistachios, cashew nuts and mix well.Add powdered sugar, raisins and mix.
- Remove this mixture into a parat and cool it for some time. Roast poppy seeds in a pan and remove onto a plate.
- Shape the churma mixture into laddoos and roll them in poppy seeds and serve.
