Ingredients list for Churme Meve Ke Laddoo

  • 5 tablespoons Wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons Khoya
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios sliced
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Raisins
  • 1 cup Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto)

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add wheat flour, semolina and sauté on low heat till golden brown. Add khoya, green cardamom powder, pistachios, cashew nuts and mix well.Add powdered sugar, raisins and mix.
  3. Remove this mixture into a parat and cool it for some time. Roast poppy seeds in a pan and remove onto a plate.
  4. Shape the churma mixture into laddoos and roll them in poppy seeds and serve.
