By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Nov 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Chocolate chips, Mawa (khoya) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Mawa Cupcakes 1/2 cup Chocolate chips 200 grams Mawa (khoya) crumbled 140 grams Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 120 grams Butter 250 grams Condensed milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 80 millilitres Milk Method Preheat the oven to 180C. Sift the flour with baking powder and baking soda into a deep bowl. In another bowl, cream the butter and condensed milk together till light and fluffy. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Fold the flour lightly into the butter mixture. Add the milk and mawa and mix well. Arrange the cupcake moulds on a baking tray and pour the batter evenly into each mould. Do not fill them up to the top. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and place the tray in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Demould and serve.
