Heat remaining milk in a deep non-stick pan, add 2 cups water and rice and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook, stirring continuously, for 15-18 minutes or till the rice is completely cooked. Add sugar and mix well. Add green cardamom powder and almonds and mix well. Add chocolate and mix well. Add custard mixture, mix and cook, stirring continuously, for 5-6 minutes or till thick. Transfer into serving cups. Garnish with fresh cream, top it with cherries and serve.
