Ingredients list for Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 20 Dried Red Chillies
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 8 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sesame oil (til oil)
Method
- Blend together red chillies, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt to a fine paste in a mixer. Add oil and blend well. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
