Ingredients list for Chilli Garlic Prawn Rice
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
- 10-15 Prawns (medium) shelled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme and basil) chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- for garnishing Parsley Chopped
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add chilli flakes, mixed herbs, chopped coriander, prawns, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
- Add cooked rice, salt and drizzle little water and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
