Ingredients
- 10 dry red chillies, stemmed and seeded
- 12 large garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoons roasted cumin powder
Method
- Soak red chillies in one and a half cup of water for half an hour. Drain. Grind the garlic cloves and red chillies with lemon juice to a fine paste. Add a little water if necessary. Add sea salt, cumin powder and mix well. Use as a topping on bhel puri or any chaat
