Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Lasagna
- 250 grams Chicken tikka , chopped
- 6 Lasagne sheets
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic , chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Tomatoes , blanched and chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped
- 1 cup White sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese , grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till the raw smells disappear. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken tikka, red chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Put some chicken tikka mixture in a glass baking dish. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons white sauce and place 2 lasagna sheets over it. Repeat these layers twice ending with chicken mixture. Drizzle the remaining white sauce over.
- Sprinkle ½ tablespoon coriander leaves and spread mozzarella cheese on top. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cut into 4 equal pieces and serve hot.
