Ingredients list for Chicken Lazone
- 4 Chicken breasts
- Butter 1/4 cup + for greasing
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Oil for grilling
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Method
- Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with some butter.
- Take chicken breasts on a plate. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, onion powder and garlic powder and rub well on both sides.
- Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the chicken breasts in it and grill till grill marks appear on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place the chicken on the greased tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and cook for four to five minutes.
- To prepare sauce, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add butter and salt, mix and let the mixture thicken.
- Serve chicken with the prepared sauce.
