Ingredients list for Chicken Kasoori Methi
- 400 grams Boneless Chicken cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Kasoori Methi roasted and powdered
- 3 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 1 cup Cream
Method
- Combine chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and set aside to marinate for ten to twenty minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till it turns golden.
- Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook till the chicken is three-fourth done. Add cream and powdered fenugreek leaves and mix well. Cook for three minutes or till the chicken is fully done.
- Serve hot.
