Ingredients list for Chicken Footlong Sandwich-SK Khazana
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Footlong breads
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- for grilli Oil
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Mustard sauce
- 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- a few Iceberg lettuce torn
- a few Lollo rosso lettuce torn
- 10-12 Cucumber slices
- 10-12 Tomato slices
- 6 Cheese slices
- to serve French fries
Method
- Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, crushed peppercorns, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place marinated chicken breasts in it and grill, turning sides, till fully done and grill marks appear on both sides.
- Halve the breads horizontally. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon mustard sauce and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup on each half.
- Place the base halves on serving platters and top with some torn Iceberg and lollo rosso lettuce leaves.
- Thickly slice grilled chicken breasts and place on the lettuce leaves. Top each base half with 5-6 cucumber slices and 5-6 tomato slices, sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on them and top with 3 cheese slices.
- Cover with top halves and serve immediately with French fries.
