  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Footlong breads
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • for grilli Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • a few Iceberg lettuce torn
  • a few Lollo rosso lettuce torn
  • 10-12 Cucumber slices
  • 10-12 Tomato slices
  • 6 Cheese slices
  • to serve French fries


  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, crushed peppercorns, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place marinated chicken breasts in it and grill, turning sides, till fully done and grill marks appear on both sides.
  3. Halve the breads horizontally. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon mustard sauce and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup on each half.
  4. Place the base halves on serving platters and top with some torn Iceberg and lollo rosso lettuce leaves.
  5. Thickly slice grilled chicken breasts and place on the lettuce leaves. Top each base half with 5-6 cucumber slices and 5-6 tomato slices, sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on them and top with 3 cheese slices.
  6. Cover with top halves and serve immediately with French fries.
