Ingredients list for Chicken Basket
- 200 grams Boneless chicken boiled, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 8-10 canapé shells
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida)
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to garnish Red capsicum curls
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
- Add flour and sauté for 30 seconds. Add milk, whisk and cook till the sauce thickens. Add chicken and cheese, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add salt and mix well. Transfer into a bowl.
- Put some chicken mixture in each canapé.
- Serve immediately garnished with capsicum curls.
