Ingredients list for Chhenar Payesh
- 1 cup Chenna crumbled
- 5 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 5-6 Almonds blanched and peeled
- 7-8 Pistachios blanched and peeled
Method
- Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan.
- When it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till it reduces and becomes a little thick.
- Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Slice almonds and pistachios.
- Add chenna to milk and mix well. Switch off the heat.
- Pour into individual bowls, garnish with almonds and pistachios and chill. Serve.
